Q. What are the advantages of staying with Copenhagen Residence rather than a hotel? A. There are cost advantages with staying in corporate apartments. On average our rates are 30 % to 50% less than hotels. Apartments provide you with more space and privacy than hotel rooms and an atmosphere of being "at home". |
Q. Is there tax on your furnished apartments? A. There is no direct tax on our apartments |
Q. How are the apartments equipped? A. The apartments are fully equipped with all the furniture, inventory and cutlery you will normally have in a standard household. Detergents, soap and the like you will have to bring yourself, though. |
Q. Are there laundry facilities? A. Yes, all our apartments are equipped with a combined washing machine and dryer. No need for coins or tickets. |
Q. Is there housekeeping service? If not, what does it cost? A. Housekeeping service is not included. Should you wish to have additional housekeeping service during your stay, we can arrange bi-weekly cleaning at favourable rates. |
Q. Are pets allowed? A. No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our apartments. |
Q. Should I clean the apartment prior to departure? A. Yes, a move out cleaning is necessary. However, if you prefer us to arrange the cleaning and windowpolishing, it can be arranged at your expence. |
